Notice Regarding the Absorption-Type Merger

We hereby announce that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 25, 2026, it was resolved that the Company will be absorbed and merged into its parent company, Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd., effective January 1, 2027.
